Inventory of Consumables - How to Empty a Storage Location when Adjustments don't work

On occasions when trying to empty a storage location (Eg. Silo) in the Inventory Stock on Hand by doing an adjustment and causes the value to be set to a negative value such as -0.001 and cannot be changed.
You need to go to the Inventory Module -> Inventory Stock on Hand and click
Now adjust the value to 0 by clicking the edit icon as below.
