When you do a Harvest Delivery Operation and Deliver the harvest as feed to an "On Farm" storage location the harvest will show up in the Harvest Inventory Module -> Inventory Records -> Inventory Transaction List as below:
Note: that you can only edit and save the transactions in the crop diary.

Inventory Adjustments and Transfers are available to view and perform several functions shown below:
Adjustments
Click the Adjustments icon to adjust the amount of stock within a location or storage.
Transfer Location
Click the transfer location icon to move harvest quantities from one location to another.
Transfer to another business location (or unit).
Click the transfer to another business location icon to move the storage location from one business unit to another.
Sell or dispatch produce
Click the sell or dispatch produce icon to record sales of inventory items.
Transfer of inventory of consumables
To enter hay and silage that we have harvested, as shown below. How does one do this so that we have batch numbers and the ability to feed it out again?
ANSWER: In the inventory of harvested produce, transfer the hay to the inventory of consumables as stock feed by clicking the Transfer to Inventory of consumables as below:
And enter details including the batch number:
To check current stock on hand, select the Stock on Hand Report.
