Application Rate not showing on PDF Work Order

When creating the PDF version of a work order .. to save space .. we check if all rates are Per Hectare or Per 100 L ..

If all are one type or the other, we hide the irrelevant column.

In the case a chemical has been configured with no rate type, the rate will not be shown.
