PDF Reports not generating troubleshooting

Google Chrome

Click the three dots on the top right side of the browser, go to settings as below:

Under Settings go to Security and Privacy:

Go down the page till you come across “Additional content settings” as below and click it:From the new items that will appear, select PDF Documents:From the new items that will appear, select PDF Documents:

From the new items that will appear, select PDF Documents:

Then ensure you select Open PDFs in Chrome setting:

 

Microsoft Edge

Go to Settings on Microsoft Edge as below:

Go to Privacy, search and services and on tracking prevention, set the level to basic as below:

Then scroll down further, ensure the Send “Do Not Track” requests are switched off

Lastly go to Clear Browsing History (on the same page) and click the Choose what to clear button:

And ensure the following are set below before clicking the Clear now button:
