Entering Cotton Ginning Results

If you want to enter cotton picking as harvest delivery records, you are welcome to do so. The cumulative total Kgs or lbs (if imperial) or Bales (you can set up Cotton Bales as your harvest unit for cotton) will be added to the Total Delivered Yield value for the area in the Cropped Areas Overview Tab under the Cropping | Season Tab
Under the Tools menu on that tab, you will find an option to update the Actual Total Yield from the Total Delivered Yield.
The alternative way to get your Actual Total Yield into the record is to click on the Edit (pencil) icon and pop up the form... see below
The Cropped Area details form (below) will display an extra tab ("Cotton Ginning Results") when you have clicked to edit a cotton cropped area.
The ginning results form will display the Total Modules Weight in Kgs (or lbs or Bales)
Enter the results of the ginning for the chosen area as required.
The following fields are optional: Ginning Costs, Seed & Seed Price, Mote & Mote Price, Trash & Trash Price)
See in the image below... this would be the minimum requirement to ensure you get an income for the cotton crop
