This is particularly useful when dealing with a large list of paddocks.
Configuration
To enable the Perennial Crop Status feature, you need to go to the Cropping Module -> Options and tick the "Enable Perennial Crop Status to filter areas by status" option.

Adding/editing a Crop status
To add a Crop status to the list of perennial crop status's, go to Cropping -> Configuration -> Clones, rootstocks and crop status.

Then click the add button to add a crop status or the pencil icon to edit a crop status.

Crop Status Allocation
There are two ways to assign a Perennial Crop status.
- Cropped Areas View
If you go to the Cropping -> Season View -> Cropped Areas tab -> Current Cropped Status tab, you will see a list of all Farms and their respective Perennial cropped fields.

Select from the drop down list of crop status and select desired crop status.

Then tick each field which the status will be associated with and click the Update Selected button

2. Allocate under Perennial Crop setup
Go to System Configuration -> Farms, Fields (or paddocks), then select a Paddock/field from the side list and select the Perennial crop row.

Then select the appropriate Crop Status for the perennial crop detail.

Usage during data entry
When entering a job operation (E.g. Chemical spray, fertilizer, etc), you can filter the area selection further via the Crop Status.
