How-To: Associate John Deere Organisation

If you are visiting this, page with no prior knowledge of the John Deere integration, it is recommended you visit here first.
These steps should only be done by an administrator and only need to be done once. If you are a non-administrator, you can continue on to learning how to use the integration.
These steps must be performed at least once by an administrator before your staff members can use the John Deere integration within the context of your organisation. After completing the steps listed below, any staff member who has previously associated their John Deere account can use the functionality that the integration provides.
Prerequisites
- Be an administrator (see details above).
- Have already associated your John Deere account.
Step 1
In agCommander, navigate to the 'Business Units' system screen. Then click the pencil (Edit) icon next to the agCommander organisation that you wish to associate with a John Deere organisation.
Step 2
The screen showing is where you would usually edit details about your organisation. Click the 'Associated John Deere Organisation' button. If it is not shown, then you are not an administrator, and you will need to ask an administrator to associate their John Deere account and to complete the steps listed here.
Step 3
The popup that appears will show 'No Linked Organisation'. If it does show an organisation, then this may have already been done by another administrator, and you are not required to take any additional actions.
Click the 'Add Linkage' button a shown below.
Step 4
Select the John Deere organisation that you wish to associate. Then click 'Save Changes' once you're happy with your selection.
Step 5
You have successfully associated the John Deere organisation, and both you and your staff members will be able to use the John Deere integration for this organisation (as long as they themselves have associated their John Deere account).
You may now close this screen and do steps 2-5 for each organisation you wish to associate.
