How-To: Associate Your John Deere Account

Last Update há 3 anos
Each user must associate their agCommander login user account with their John Deere login user account so that we can request data that may be useful to you, on your behalf, from John Deere.
Associating/linking your John Deere account only has to be done once, and you will be able to remove the association at any point later on if you so choose to.
Prerequisites
Each agCommander user login account (or staff member of your business) wishing to take advantage of the John Deere integration must have their own active, unique and valid John Deere Operation Center user account.
Step 1
Start at the 'User Actions' menu option within agCommander.
Select the 'John Deere Account' option from the dropdown menu as shown below.

Step 2
Click the 'Link Account' button, which will launch a popup form asking for your John Deere credentials. Enter the login credentials for your individual John Deere user account into the labelled form fields and submit.
Step 3
If you are associating your John Deere account for the first time, a 'Connect with...' titled page will show. This is John Deere asking you to provide permission for agCommander to request information from John Deere on your behalf.
NOTE: If the 'Connect with...' screen does not show and the login page closes and then shows the associated John Deere account in the agCommander 'JD LINK' popup as connected, you can progress to the next section.
Click the slider/toggle button for each of your John Deere organisations (the second item highlighted in the picture below). You may need to go through each organisation using the dropdown box (first item highlighted in the picture below) and grand click the slider/toggle button for each one.

Press the 'Save' button. This should close the popup, and the agCommander 'JD LINK' titled screen should now show you as connected with some details of the John Deere account you just associated.
Next Steps
If you are an administrator, you must associate your John Deere organisation. See here.
If you are not an administrator and at least one administrator has already associated your John Deere organisation, you can get started using the integration.
