Unable to Download Documents

If you get a error 401 when trying to download a document, do the following:
1. Clearing the following cookies on your web browser:
2. Restarting the web browser.
3. Make sure you navigate to the Dashboard first.
4. Then go to the System Setup and you should be able to download the documents.
