Only Administrators to Convert Work Orders
How to set up a "Verifiable Work Orders" system

If you are running agCommander Enterprise, you can choose to disallow non-admin users to convert work orders to actuals thereby having a system that ensures records are verified as accurate before they finally get converted to actual records
PLEASE NOTE: This option is set at the Business Unit level, not the Enterprise level
To enable this option, navigate to the Mobile Device settings tab ...
Having set that option ON, you will see a new column on the Work Orders in Progress listing... "Completed on Mobile"
In the screenshot below you can see there are 2 Work Orders in Progress that have been ticked as Completed by the operator "Average Joe"
CHANGES ON THE MOBILE APP
Non-Admin mobile users are able to convert a Pending Work Order to a Work Order in Progress, but to to an Actual
Users can edit the Work Order in Progress and it will remain displayed on the job listing as shown here...
The "Convert to" button is no longer visible
On the data entry form you will see a new option... to mark the work order as completed...
A work order marked as completed will be shown on the job listing as shown below.
PLEASE NOTE: As long as a Work Order remains on the mobile device with the light yellow background it is editable, even if marked as completed.
After synching records marked as completed, they will no longer be available on the mobile device.
