Adding a Machinery Maintenance record

Go to Machinery QA and Maintenance records -> Quality Assurance and Maintenance Records -> Repairs and Maintenance Records

Click the add button to create a new Machinery Maintenance record

Here you enter:

• The Date when the operation occurred
• Asset: Select from a list of Assets
• Action Type: Select what type of Maintenance will occur for specified Asset from a list.
• Action Taken: A (detailed) description of what process/action was taken during maintenance.
• Odometer Reading: If applicable, enter the odometer reading of the asset (Eg. Vehicle, Tractor, etc)
• Cost: The monetary cost for maintenance (Eg. Vehicle service cost)
• Signed by: List of Staff or Personnel who can sign off for this cost (Optional)
