Freshtrak Integration Setup

Enable Freshtrak integration

To enable Freshtrak integration, you need go to global options and settings and tick the checkbox for Freshtrak.

First need to set up a data provider in system settings linked to FreshTrack by going through Configuration -> Data Exchange Settings -> Data Providers.

Then enter the username, password and URL (Web address) to link a data connection to Freshtrak. 

Note: The URL is generally:

 https://kalfresh.<your company name>.com/api/graphql

Go to Crop diary -> Actual Records and click the Sync Freshtrak Records button

On the above screenshot, select the data provider, then hit "Fetch Plantings" to fetch planting information from the Freshtrak API. 

Then the grid will show the information from Freshtrak and each planting's status in agCommander as follows:

Deleted = the record was deleted from agCommander (and can be synced again)
Pending = the planting is on the FT server, ready to be synced to agCommander
Error = the sync failed, and the reason will be shown if you hit the "+" on that grid row

Synched = Record saved to the cloud successfully
