Chemical Withholding Periods: Defaults and Per Crop

agCommander has 2 levels of chemical withholding periods and re-entry intervals
1. The Default Settings for both of these withholding period types
2. The per Crop Settings
When displaying these settings on screen or reporting, agCommander will always use the Crop Settings in preference to the Default Settings if applicable.
However, be sure to set the Default Settings to cater for any situation where you are spraying un-cropped areas
