Budget Costs - Dedicated Budget Cost/Pricing Tables Explained

Last Update hace 3 años

Each budget you create in the Cropping Module can have a dedicated pricing table. To achieve that, simply choose this option when adding a new budget

There is also a "Create a budget pricing table..." option on the Edit form, so if you missed creating a dedicated pricing table when adding the budget, simply choose Budgets > Edit Current Budget Details... and tick the box and click Save.

If you want to clone  (Budgets > Save Current Budget As...)  a to make a copy, you have some more choices...

You can copy the pricing table from the budget you are copying, or copy the current default (actuals) pricing table.

PLEASE NOTE (A): If you choose not to create a dedicated budget pricing table, the reports will use the current default (actuals) pricing table.

PLEASE NOTE (B): To Edit the prices for a budget, DON'T edit the Default prices for items, edit the prices in the dedicated budget pricing table.

When agCommander generates reports displaying costs it uses the dedicated budget pricing table to find the costs, not the main "actuals" default pricing table.
